The manufacturing,
processing, formulating, packaging, labeling and advertising of CNL’s products
are subject to regulation by multiple local, state and federal agencies,
including the Food and Drug Administration, the Federal Trade Commission, the
Consumer Product Safety Commission, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the
Texas Department of Health and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. The composition and labeling of dietary
supplements is most actively regulated by the FDA and the Texas Department of
Health under the provisions of the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act
(DSHEA). CNL receives regular audits of its manufacturing facilities and quality control operations by the FDA and TDH,
often on an unannounced basis. CNL enjoys an excellent relationship with the various regulatory agencies, and is
considered a model manufacturer. Our most recent audit results may be viewed by making a Freedom of Information Act
request at www.fda.gov .
