Richard Steadman, MD
Richard Hawkins, MD
Dr. Steadman and Dr. Hawkins are two of the most renowned Sports Medicine physicians in the world. They lead the Steadman Hawkins Clinic, with facilities in Vail and Denver, Colorado, and Spartanburg, South Carolina. The Steadman Hawkins Sports Medicine Foundation is one of the most active and published Sports Medicine research and education institutions in the world. Drs. Steadman and Hawkins are team physicians for the U.S. Olympic Ski Team, the Denver Broncos, and the Colorado Rockies. They are both Clinical Professors of Orthopedics at the University of Colorado and the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. Dr. Steadman is renowned for his innovative knee surgeries that have extended the careers of many athletes, and is believed to be the only surgeon who has operated on at least one player from every NFL football team. Dr. Hawkins is considered by many to be the best shoulder surgeon in the world. He is a founding member and Past President of the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons, among many other affiliations, and likewise has extended the careers of many professional and amateur athletes.
Dr. Rohrich is currently the President of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and one of the most respected surgeons and educators in Plastic Surgery. He is Professor and Chairman of the Department of Plastic Surgery, The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Plastic Surgery Educational Foundation and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. Dr. Rohrich has chaired over 100 national and international symposia and delivered over 900 scientific presentations on all aspects of plastic surgery.
Dr. Hobar is a well-known plastic and craniofacial surgeon who also has an
interest in sports and in anti-aging medicine. He is Assistant Professor of
Plastic Surgery, University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas, and
Founding Partner of the Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute. He is also a member of
the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, and the Team Plastic Surgeon for
the Dallas Stars Hockey Team.
Dr. Silliman is trained as a Sports Medicine physician and is currently the CEO of Steadman Hawkins Clinic in South Carolina. Previously he was a Fellow with Dr. Steadman in Lake Tahoe, in private practice in Fort Wayne, Indiana, a Senior Associate at the Steadman Hawkins Clinic in Vail, and Assistant Professor and Program Director in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. Dr. Silliman was also a co-founder of Doctors’ Brand and S*hotsz Nutrition, two nutritional supplement companies that are now part of CNL.
Dr. Hagerman is a well-known Sports Physiologist. He is the former Director of the Sports Physiology Labs at the U.S. Olympic Training Centers and Trainer for the U.S. Men’s Alpine Ski Team. He is also co-founder of the Howard Head Sports Medicine Center based in Vail, Colorado. Mr. White is one of the most accomplished and respected athletes in sports history. He is a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame and the College Football Hall of Fame. At the University of Maryland, he was the winner of the Outland Trophy and the Lombardi Award, and was All-American two years and ACC Player of the Year his senior year. During his 14 years with the Dallas Cowboys, he was named All Pro 8 times, played in the Pro Bowl 9 times, and was Co-MVP of Super Bowl XII, among many other honors. Because of his focus on fitness and training, which continues today, he has the remarkable record of only missing one game in 14 years in the NFL.
